Rowing for All Levels and Ages
Adult Rowing​

This program is intended for adult rowers who have either completed a Learn-to-Row or have previous rowing experience. Adults may join as members and participate in recreational rowing. Adults interested in competing may join our Competitive Masters program. In this program, rowers will train with the goal to compete on the highest level of Masters competition.

Adults can join as Full Members at an annual membership fee of $600 (After August 1: $300). 


Recreational Rowing:
Required experience: Participants must have completed a Learn-to-Row program or must have previous rowing experience. Participants must know how to swim.
Recreational Rowers can participate in the following programs without any additional fees:

    Open Row
    Boat availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Some
    weekends certain boats may be away at races. The Open Row
    Leader can also put together team boats between the participants
    who show up. Rowers might coordinate teams ahead of time
    through GroupMeThere is no coaching during Open Row.
    March 1, 2025 to November 1, 2025
    Saturdays & Sundays - 8:00 to 9:30 AM
    Fee:  No extra fee with the Adult Membership

  Early Morning Rowers
    Boat availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rowers might
    coordinate teams ahead of time through GroupMe. There is no
    coaching during Early Morning Sessions.
    April 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025
    Mondays through Fridays - 6:00 to 7:30 AM
                                                5:30 to 7:00 AM (in July)
    Fee:  No extra fee with the Adult Membership

   Development Coaching for Adults
​    This is intended for adult rowers who have completed a Learn-to
    Row program and who would like to improve their rowing skills,
    potentially with the goal to eventually join the Competitive Masters     Team.
    
    Wednesdays
          June & July:    6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
          September:     6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
          October:          5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

    June Session       [June - 4 Sessions]  -  $100
    July Session        [July - 5 Sessions]  -  $125
    Sept Session        [September - 4 Sessions]  -  $100
    October Session  [October - 5 Sessions]  -  $125

​Winter Training:
Required experience: no experience necessary
This programs offers adults an opportunity to stay fit during the winter months and prepare well for the spring and summer competitive rowing season. For participants new to rowing this may be a good way to get a head start on a future Learn-to-Row program.
